New Abilities system !

The obtaining of abilities had several bugs that are now out of the equation. This new system will allow players to further customize their builds. Now, choosing an already-unlocked ability will upgrade its effect by roughly 10%. They can stack indefinitely because why bother with limitations! (famous last words)
